World Financial Market -- Is That Atlas Shrugging?
The day after Obama's re-election, the Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted 300 points. The morning of November 8, 2012, it continued its spiral lower.
The trend actually started late last week, prior to the election. While this demonstrates that the electoral news was not the only factor in the continued drop, it did impact its continued trend.
The reasons analysts give are varied. In reality it is an aggregate of many factors coming to a head at once.
I want to caveat this by stating I am not an economist. I studied economics and once pursued that degree in college. I understand the basics better than your average citizen. But I am not an expert. This is just my lay analysis based upon what I have observed and what actual experts are saying.
The European economic situation is one of the largest causes. Greece appears even less able to pay off its debts as they report an all-time record high unemployment rate. This caused market problems and market timidity with European businesses and European banks. The news fed into American investors who backed off, or attempted to sell-short. The market fell more. Many investors around the world still look to the US market. Seeing the DJIA and NASDAQ fall here just increased the trend on the world scale.
Then we had elections on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
The re-election of Obama alone is not what is affecting the market. Some investors and funds may consider that a large decision to "Go Galt" and liquidate. By and large, though, Obama's re-election, alone, is not the cause.
The electoral outcome resulted in what appears to be a repeat of the past two years. We have a House with a Conservative majority who will seek spending cuts, fiscal responsibility, and a balanced budget. We have a Senate with a socialist majority who will not cut that spending unless it means cutting the one thing the US Constitution mandates federal spending be used to provide: the military and national defense. They will block any spending cuts that will affect those whose votes they purchase by providing government subsidies. The result will be a stalemate.
Since Congress will likely continue in a stalemate, the executive branch (Obama) will issue executive orders directing more and higher regulatory fees in order to garner revenue.
Tax cuts that were made temporary, for some unknown and illogical reason, are set to expire. So Capital Gains and Income taxes are set to automatically increase. This includes the return of the 10% income tax bracket, meaning that many working poor will now face taxes they have not faced since the "Bush Tax Cuts" went into effect. That will make it unprofitable to expand many businesses, thus making GDP predictions reflect little to no growth. If companies aren't going to grow, or are punished for growing, production and prosperity will decline. Why would anybody invest int something that looks like it will lose money?
Then this affects not only your wealthy. Most working Americans in lower-middle-income-brackets and higher have some form of retirement fund. That fund may be a 401k or IRAs or Roth IRAs. These are usually linked to mutual funds, stocks, bonds, futures, and the like. When the market declines do to poor economic forecasts or a lack of market stability, those funds suffer. There goes the nest egg for middle-income-workers.
Also, there goes Social Security. Why? Well, less capital means less jobs and lower paychecks. Lower paychecks means less put into those private retirement funds. It also means less Social Security and Medicare revenue. 14% of $100 is $14. 14% of $50 is $7. See how that works? The less you pay into Social Security, the less you receive once you reach retirement age. So, that nest egg faces uncertainty and hard times as well.
Take all of that together with the poor performance of the European market and industries and you are looking at a bleak future. That bleak future becomes a self-licking ice cream cone and becomes a bad today.
Looking at that picture, many investors are scaling back in order to protect what they have left and wait until the market looks better. In essence, they are removing their resources from the pool. They are "going Galt" to a minor extent. The more who do so, the more the situation aggravates. Atlas starts to shrug.
Are We Losing Our Second Amendment Rights?
The title question is one on many people's minds especially these few days following the announcement that the socialist-tyrant Barack Obama has been re-elected.
The answer is "yes". However, the answer isn't really as simple to understand as that simple word.
There are too many citizens who legally own firearms. Attempting to seize them will also be Constitutional violations of the Forth Amendment and the prohibition of ex post facto laws.
However, that right, seen essential to maintaining all other constitutional and natural rights, is in jeopardy.
Some may question that statement given that almost all states now allow for citizens to obtain concealed carry permits. Some may question that statement now that some of those states now also allow those with concealed permits to open-carry firearms.
Therein lies the answer itself. Requiring a permit to bear arms is an infringement of the rights to keep an bear arms. Those rights, per the second amendment, are to never be infringed. Yet they already are, in most states.
There are some states that allow open-carry without requiring a permit. Those states actually follow the second amendment. You also have a couple of states, such as Arizona, that do not require a permit to bear arms, be it concealed or open.
Requirement of the permits may raise a question concerning the Tenth Amendment. If you read the Tenth Amendment, the Second is an individual right that is explicitly stated in the US Constitution. States do not have the right to limit the rights to own or carry (keep and bear) to those with permission, nor can they limit it through taxation or collection of fees.
Some may make statements concerning drivers' licenses. There is no constitutional right to drive a vehicle on publicly owned roads. In fact, there is no constitutional right to drive, except on your own private property. States can charge for use of the roads and can enforce laws governing safe conduct and good order on those roads. The second amendment prohibits them from restricting the bearing of firearms on those roads, though.
So, the general attitude of the ignorant, uniformed, ambivalent, and apathetic have allowed those who seek absolute power and detest the US Constitution to convince them that requiring permits are not an infringement.
In addition, special taxes on firearms and ammunition are also an infringement. Cook County, IL, home to the commisar-in-chair, has passed a county tax on firearms and ammunition. It's a so-called "violence tax". The idea is that lawful gun owners, who are less likely to commit a violent crime than those who do not legally own firearms, must pay for the violence that firearms cause.
Read that again. An inanimate object allegedly commits violence. No it doesn't. Those who use firearms to commit crimes usually acquire them through illegal means. A good portion of them are already convicted felons who have lost their second amendment rights. They will not be paying taxes on the weapons. They will steal them or smuggle them. Even if they were able to take all the guns away from non-military and non-police citizens, those criminal would still have weapons. In fact, Cook County, IL has the strictest infringements on the Second Amendment in the country. Yet, they feel they need to add a "violence tax" because those infringements obviously do not prevent criminals from obtaining firearms through illicit means.
If not challenged quickly, this move could serve as what may become a national policy enacted by executive order. This is just extrapolation as no evidence of such an order exists.
Obama has directed the State Department to re-enter negotiations with the UN over their proposed Small Arms Treaty, though. This treaty was postponed and shot-down in the past, including this past summer. The treaty will require member nations to register all small arms weapons owned or produced by private citizens and report that data to the UN. All transfers and sales will also have to be reported to the UN. The treaty could direct limitations on calibers, numbers of weapons allowed to be owned, and the amount of ammunition allowed to be purchased in a given time period. It may even require accounting for each round expended. the excuse is that it will deter illicit weapons trade across international borders, such as the illicit trades the Obama Administration committed during Operation Fast and Furious. Criminals will still conduct illicit trade. This will not stop them. It will just infringe upon our Second Amendment rights and eliminate our national sovereignty.
You may think that gun-owners are "bitter clingers". Perhaps we are. We are bitterly clinging to what it means to be an American and retain the liberties we hold most dear: Life, Liberty and Property (The Pursuit of Happiness). The reason for the Second Amendment is simple, but often ignored and overlooked. It is not for the purposes of hunting. It is for defense of self, family, and property, though. It is for defense against crime and to insure those natural rights are not infringed. However, the main purpose is to avoid tyranny. The whole reason was because the federal and state governments are allowed armed militia (the military and law enforcement agencies), private citizens must have the means to protect their rights should those armed militia start to overstep their bounds and be used as a tool to forcibly infringe upon those natural rights and other rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. When you look at it that way, they are to protect against the police, should they become a force to inflict tyranny. The Supreme court ruled, more than once, that it is not the job of law enforcement agencies to protect you. Add that together, and the vital necessity of the Second Amendment is more than clear. Now that amendment needs defending, since it is the most infringed upon and violated part of the US Constitution.

Electoral Results and Reflections
Congratulations to Those who won their respective elections.
Barack Obama and Mitt Romney both fought hard and well. Neither has anything to be ashamed of. The race was close. It was a good fight both to watch and to participate in.
The preliminary results are in. Though quite a bit of verification and the tossing out of fraudulent votes will probably take a couple of weeks, it probably will not alter the published results. Barack Hussein Obama Jr. has been re-elected.
His rhetoric is already one of seizing what people have rightfully earned.
Now it's time to watch our great republic die slowly of the socialist cancer.
However, we've faced this before and overcome it.
We survived FDR and Truman.
We survived Woodrow Wilson.
We survived Bill Clinton, though it was his own impeachment that allowed Newt Gingrich and Congress to mitigate the potential damage he could have done.
Can we survive this? What would our founders say if they saw what we've become?
I am sure they'd be screaming "NOOOOO! You have it wrong!!! What Constitution are you reading?"
Obama faces more challenges than he faced in 2009. The workforce participation is lower today than it has been since Carter's term. Unemployment is sickeningly high. The number of looters and moochers sucking the life's blood out of our economy and federal revenue is at a historic high. How is he going to motivate private citizens to get back to work and others to hire them without putting a gun to their heads? We shall see. His proposed plans have a history of failing repeatedly.
The make-up of Congress changes little. It comes as no surprise that Claire McCaskill beat Todd Akin after he gave himself a terminal case of athlete's tongue.
In Indiana's senate race, Richard Mourdock lost for very much the same reason.
To them I have one small thing to say:
You guys are complete idiots. Abortion was not an issue in the campaign, it was a distraction. It was a distraction that fear-mongering socialists sought to use to urge their useful idiots to muster around against you. The best answer is that Roe v Wade decided that for now. It is not an issue. Let's talk about what is really important -- getting the government out of the way of job creators and free citizens. Thanks for working for the evil side.
For a huge Senate win for the TEA party, Ted Cruz won the senate seat in Texas. Cruz had a tough battle from the beginning. He faced LtG. Dewhurst in a primary that Dewhurst won, but not by enough of a margin to take the nomination. That forced a run-off between he and Cruz. Cruz took that run-off, then faced fierce competition against socialist-backed Sadler.
In Arizona, conservatives retained a Senate seat with dark horse Jeff Flake beating highly touted blue-dog socialist Carmona for John Kyl's seat.
However, socialists elected Fauxcohondas Liz Warren over incumbent conservative Scott Brown.
The overall result was a loss of one or two seats by conservatives, netting in a bare majority of socialists, but not enough to break the stagnation of the past two years.
In the House, Republicans have retained control, losing a couple of seats while gaining a couple, netting another term of no-change.
If you notice, I stated "Republicans". Martha McSally is ahead in the still unsettled Arizona Congressional District vacated by Gabby Giffords. Incumbent Ron Barber, who won the seat in a special election against Jesse Kelly. Ron Barber is more aligned with socialism than Giffords. McSally is a left-leaning RINO who reflects the blue-dog moderate feel that Giffords attempted to personify to her constituents. McSally is a little more right leaning than Giffords was, though not much.
Also in Arizona, Grijalva appears to have retained his seat. Grijalva is a socialist aligned with the racist organizations La Raza and MeCHA. That district of Arizona voting such a disgrace into office, yet again, is most likely due to the fact that much of the district is national parks where US Citizens are forbidden to enter due to the high traffic of illegal aliens, drug cartels, sex slaves, and illegal weapons smugglers. It is the congressional district where US Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was murdered by a recipient of Operation Fast and Furious provided weapons.
In gubernatorial elections, conservatives have expanded their map, to 30 states. Socialists may have up to 19 once the final tallies are verified, with one so-called "independent". This may bring states' rights and the 10th Amendment back into view as socialists do not recognize the 10th Amendment. With governors holding 60% of the seats, ratification of amendments to the US Constitution fall in favor of conservatives.
The bottom line is that the next two years will be more of the same. The House will pass sensible budgets that cut spending and push for lower taxes over a larger tax base. The senate won't pass them. The president won't sign them. The president will ignore the US Constitution and use his socialist oligarchy (called his executive bureaucracy) to rule, by force, through executive orders.
And reports of businesses planning to close due to the PPACA and these executive orders are already rolling in. Other businesses are decreasing their number of full-time positions and lowering both hours and wages for the same reason. even if the U3 unemployment should drop, average earnings and prosperity are looking to have a hard climb if not a fall.
Buckle up America. It's about to be a tough, hard road. It's time to dig in and be the exceptional people we are DESPITE the socialists. It's time to survive, mitigate, and wait it out.

Election Coverage and Voter Intimidation Reporting
If my analysis and commentary hasn't influenced your decision yet, it likely is not going to.
So, it's time for casting votes, awaiting results, tracking exit polls, and looking for shenanigans from those who wish to suppress or influence voting in illegal, unethical or not-so-nice means.
I have embedded live-stream from Tony Katz (and many guests) for your viewing pleasure.
The TEA Party has live election coverage streaming from Las Vegas. The player is at the bottom of this article if you prefer that coverage.
So, while we watch the results come in from various sources including Watchdog.com and other Franklin Center affiliated media outlets, let's also keep an eye out and help report any suspicious activity.
This is not meant to be directed at any single party or candidate. However, there have been several incidents of intimidation, suppression, fraud, and manipulation already reported.
First, there was a mural of one of the candidates painted on the wall of a polling station. That was a violation of state and federal campaign and electioneering laws. A judge ordered the polling station to cover up the mural or risk being unsanctioned. Reports are that the mural was covered up, but not very effectively.
In Ohio and Pennsylvania we've seen reports of the the Black Panther Party up to the same tricks they pulled in 2008 and 2010. They intimidated (and removed by force some of) the GOP-affiliated election station volunteers. After a few hours, a judge intervened and ordered the polling stations to allow the workers to return. Who knows how much damage was done in the interim.
In Houston, TX, alleged Black Panther affiliated members of the NAACP took over a polling station in Sheila Jackson-Lee's district. They passed out water while openly campaigning for candidates. They even allegedly harassed and made intimidating actions/statements towards those who seemed not in favor of their candidates. A legal suit has been filed.
In San Antonio, TX, at a polling location that is also an elementary school, there was open campaigning for a local proposition for raising the city sales tax in order to hire more pre-k teachers. The plan is to hire more teachers at an average of $70k a year in salary and benefits, then force parents to send their kids to the government schools' pre-k programs. The claim is that districts that will be bolstered by the tax increase will generate more students. However, there are programs available in those areas. For one reason or another, parents are not sending their kids there. Increasing taxes will not change that fact. All it will do is give more money to the union and create more union members. The polling place, being a school, has a lot of biased literature on the bill but had nothing providing the actual proposal, in full, with amendments.
At that same school, sign posters and campaign volunteers stayed outside of the perimeter. However, most signs for conservative candidates were damaged, defaced, or removed. Some were removed because they had been defaced with words not meant for the eyes of school-aged children.
I attempted to do a little exit-polling. I asked people if they voted. I asked if they had to present proof of identity. I asked if there was anything "hinky" or "suspicious". Most people were not interested in talking and would not even answer the "did you vote?" question. My intent was not to determine election results. There are plenty of people doing that already. I just wanted to know if the state election laws that require a photo ID were being enforced and how effectively.
Those who did answer all stated the same. They attempted to show their IDs and were categorically told not to do so. That raised eyebrows. I informed those people that they could report the violation to 855-444-6100.
Breitbart.com is reporting numerous claims of intimidation, fraud, and other suspicious activity. In one of their reports, they found that an organization that was helping to register voters had shredded the applications of those who were registering "Republican". Their source even provided pictures.
Other people have reported on Twitter other incidents of potential fraud. One individual attempted to vote and was told he voted two hours prior. He had not yet voted. Another went to vote and was told she had voted absentee. She never requested an absentee ballot and definitely had not received one.
Are these things more frequent these days? Most likely not. More people are just more aware. The age of new media and social media has enabled these incidents to be more publicized more rapidly. That is a positive occurrence as it will likely deter crimes that went unreported in the past.
It's your vote. Don't let somebody make it less valuable by cheating.

Illegal Alien Sues Over ID Laws
| Fernando Castillo Solis, Arrested in 2010. Photo from BustedMugShots.com |
In Gwinnett County Georgia, an illegal immigrant is suing the state over their drivers' license laws and policies.
Under the law, those seeking a license must provide proof that they have had an established a legal residence in Georgia within the past 30 days prior to the application for the license. The law also allows for those driving without a license to be prosecuted, even if they obtain a legal drivers' license prior to the court date.
Fernando Castillo-Solis is a Mexican citizen, legally, who is in Georgia illegally, without a visa and without a "green card". Legally, he does not reside in Georgia. He is in the state (and the country) illegally.
The law also forbids personnel who are in the country illegally from obtaining a drivers; license.
His case is that the law, a 287(g) program, allows for racial profiling and is unconstitutional.
Other state laws also enable any illegal immigrant caught driving illegally (without a license) is also subject for turn-over to ICE for prosecution and/or deportation. 287(g) is a program under the auspices of The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (HR2202). Gwinnett County, GA is a certified 287(g) partnership county under the federal law, which allows limited partnership and an amount of delegated enforcement authority from the federal government and ICE to the certified local law enforcement officials.
There are problems with Castillo-Solis's law suit. First of all, he is not a US citizen. Any legal rights he may be granted are subject to treaties with his country of citizenship, Mexico. In effect, those protections are really under the good graces of our country.
The second problem is that filing the suit, he is, in essence, pleading guilty to a crime. He should be so convicted and sentenced. In addition, should he fail his suit, the sentence for his driving an unregistered vehicle without a license stands. That will make him guilty of two other crimes.
Logical extrapolation indicates a third problem. This type of case brings into light the issues with Voter ID. Simply stated, if he wins his case, there will be no electoral protections with any Voter ID law. Why? Simply put, illegal immigrants will have legal IDs. There will be little stopping them from committing voter fraud with those legal IDs. They already commit voter fraud with stolen IDs. Basically, our national elections will fall under the direct influence of foreign nationals who should have no say in our sovereign elections.
All of the above seem to be a set-up for a future challenge of Arizona's SB-1070 and other states with similar anti-illegal immigration policies, as well as the IRIRA of 1996's 287(g) programs if not the entire federal law itself.

Early Voting, Rigged Machines, Fraud, Zombies, Intimidation
Over the past few days I have related incidents of voter intimidation and potential voter fraud as reports came in.
The night of November 3, 2012 I acquired a document from the Republican Study Committee. The document is dated November 2, 2012, and lists allegations of potential intimidation and fraud dating back to April 2012.
Though the report was generated by the RSC, in many of the cases the political alignment of those conducting the fraud is unknown. In other cases, it is more than evident.
Here are a couple of the highlights:
Town Hall Magazine and Breitbart.com both reported on an early voting location in Houston, TX. A Non-Profit Organization that has endorsed Obama went into the polling place and started handing out water to voters who pledged to vote for Obama. They also interrupted voters who were waiting in line to use the balloting machines, campaigning for Obama and Sheila Jackson-Lee, some rather belligerently. The polling station happens to be in Sheila Jackson-Lee's congressional district. There are currently investigations into voter fraud in connection with her last two elections.
In addition, some voters have lodged complaints that the touch screens on the voting machines require a very precise "click" on any candidate other than Obama, while a touch anywhere near Obama's space will automatically tally that vote. This indicates that the sensitivity settings and calibration on the machines seems to be set in a manner that could unintentionally cast a ballot for a candidate the voter did not select. There is no direct evidence of any tampering. However, in many states, the SEIU, who endorses Obama and most Democratic Party candidates happens to have the maintenance contract for the machines.
In Florida, there are reports of convicted felons voting both in person and via absentee ballot. Some felons, after a certain period of time, may apply to have their voting privileges restored. However, they must apply for such consideration. Eight convicted felons, so far, have been caught voting without having the privilege restored, a process that may take up to 8 years after sentence completion (including parole and probation periods). Five of them voted Democrat, three Republican. So the fraud does exist on both sides of the aisle.
Also in Florida, so far fifteen people have cast ballots after they died. That's right. In Florida, death isn't stopping you from voting. Zombies have rights, too. Most of these people died prior to the no-later-than-90-days-prior requirement by state Secretaries of State offices to complete a scrub of voter registration in order to purge all felons and dead people from the voter rolls. Some may recall that earlier this year, Eric Holder's DoJ attempted to stop some states, including Florida, from completing the audit that is mandated by federal law.

Here are a couple of the highlights:
On Wednesday, October 31, 2012, Joan Stevens, a Marion County, Ohio resident, cast
her ballot for “Mitt Romney” on the electronic touch screen, but President BarackObama’s name lit up instead. It took Ms. Stevens three tries before her selection was
accurately recorded. “You want to vote for who you want to vote for, and when you
can’t, it’s irritating,” Stevens said. The issue was reported to Sophia Rogers, the director
of the board of elections for Marion County. Rogers said the machine worked fine when
she and others tried voting on it. No one else had reported problems with the voting
machines malfunctioning. Rogers said that those still skeptical about using the electronic
stations have the option of filling out a paper ballot or even voting via absentee ballot.
On October 16, 2012, three people were indicted for felony vote fraud in Ohio. Elections
officials working to audit the voter-registration rolls this summer uncovered the fraud. In
each case, the voter requested, received and returned absentee ballots in both names.

Statistical Tie? -- Ground Game Is Vital
| Matt Kibbe, CEO of FREEDOMWORKS |
This morning I was privileged to attend a conference call with Matt Kibbe of Freedomworks and several state level Tea Party activists.
Activists and campaign workers on both sides of the aisle are out in force. The reason why is simple. In local and state polls, particularly in so-called "swing" states and battleground districts are in pretty much statistical ties. Sure, most of them claim one or the other is up by a point or two. However, you need to read the "fine print". The samplings for the polls contain a rather small sample population, to start with. So, each one contains a certain margin of error that ranges from 3 to 5 percent. With the polling numbers within 5 points of each other, it becomes a statistical tie.
That makes the "ground game" more important. The "ground game" are the local, grass-roots efforts such as sign planting, phone banking, and door-knocking. The fruits of these efforts is more than obvious.
For example, in Pennsylvania, a candidate for US Senate was polling at near 19% for much of the campaign. He is now polling at just over 45%, making the race a statistical tie, against entrenched encumbent Bob Casey Jr. According to one organizer in the battleground state, many so-called "blue-dog" Democrats are jumping party lines for two main reasons. The first reason is the coal industry. Regulations imposed by Obama as well as the party-line voting of Bob Casey Jr. have stifled the state's coal industry and hit the state hard. People are out of work. The economy is stagnated on its good days. Then one single number tips those still wobbling on the fence: $16,000,000,000,000.00 (national debt).
Due to redistricting, illegal immigration, potential voter fraud, La Raza, La MeCHA, an influx of former Californians who sought to escape the failing California economy (and highest taxes in the country), and Katrina refugees who stayed for the nice desert climate; Arizona is teetering on being a "purple" state. In the congressional district race between Ron Barber and Martha McSally, you have a devout socialist (Barber) running against a Blue-Dog Democrat in RINO clothing (McSally). Jeff Flake finds himself in a tight race for the Senate seat the John Kyl retires from at the end of this term. On the ground efforts are keeping the fight close, with a possible edge to Flake. The urban areas around Tempe, Phoenix (Mesa, Chandler), and Tucson remain the vital districts.
In a note that is positive for conservatives in battleground and swing states, "Fire Obama" signs have become very popular, even in these last hours. The demand is reportedly so high that the distribution centers are having trouble keeping enough of the signs in stock.

With all of the reported energy and hard work in those grass-roots efforts, two other tactics are of concern: Voter Fraud and Voter Intimidation.
Those doing the grass-roots work, especially face to face engagements, are cautioned to obey laws around polling places. Remain more than the legal minimum distance from the polling places. Be informative. Use your manners. Do not even give the slightest appearance of intimidation.
I have personally witnessed voter intimidation at early voting places already this year.
Katie Pavlich, author of Operation Fast and Furious and contributing editor to Town Hall magazine, reported evidence that an organization directly associated with the Obama campaign took over a polling station and began to campaign directly to people who were in line awaiting a machine to cast their ballots. That is a violation of several election laws. It was a direct act of election tampering and voter intimidation. Breitbart.com also reported the story, including a transcription of the official report made by the polling station volunteers who encountered the intimidation.
If you encounter or witness an act of voter intimidation, contact law enforcement authorities immediately. Make sure you get a copy of any complaints filed. Do not hesitate to call a reporter to offer your story. If you can get video, legally, do so. Also, your state's Secretary of State is a key contact in the event you encounter voter intimidation.
Voter fraud is not an urban myth. It happens. James O'Keef and Project Veritas have uncovered many holes in the system and many cases of voter fraud. Hillary Clinton supporters did a documentary about it during the 2008 Democratic Party Primary. So far, I have seen evidence of three cases. One was a couple in Arizona who didn't receive their PEVL ballots. However, their ballots somehow were returned and filed. One of the signatures did not match, so election officials contacted the couple. The fraud was discovered, but not the perpetrators.
One associate of mine encountered somebody with a forged ID attempting to vote. Unfortunately for the one attempting the fraud, the real person whose identity he stole had already voted. The incident has prompted a larger investigation into identity theft linked to a human smuggling ring.
In the third incident, the perpetrator was dumb enough to brag about his crimes on Facebook. Jim Turner posted a Facebook Status stating he had already voted four times in four different precincts and was planning to vote under his real name on election day. The status was documented with a screen-capture and posted onto Twitter. I investigated the individual's timeline, which did, indeed, still include that status. Both the "tweet" exposing the status and a copy of the screenshot are still available on several blogs. Mr. Turner has, since, removed that status and replaced it with one that claims a "vast right-wing conspiracy" deleted all of his previous statuses.
If you think you have witnessed an attempt at voter fraud, contact your closest on-duty poll watcher. Also, contact your state's Secretary of State office. If you are a victim of voter fraud, identity theft is also involved, most likely. Contact law enforcement officials. Also, contact everybody you would in any other case of potential identity theft.
Now let's get out there and win this! Expand The Map! GOTV!

Benghazi: Compromised Communications & Intel Reports
Libyan officials took snap-shots of classified papers that were not properly destroyed, as they should have been when the terrorist attack on the embassy in Benghazi became imminent. Those papers were reported in various news media outlets in the Middle East. Obviously, embassy workers either failed to enact their emergency destruction plan. I know we kept a couple of incendiary grenades on top of our classified materials safes when we were deployed. Perhaps the documents were left in tact on purpose, in order to reveal puzzle pieces about what really transpired.

The embassy requested increased security, which it was denied. The threat analysts demonstrated an imminent and eminent threat from an al-Q'aeda affiliate. The concerns were ignored. Taqfiri operatives took photographs and documented the various security protocols in the embassy. They were spotted and reported. No action was taken.
This article at MEMRI displays even more data and evidence that indicates a cover-up by the Obama administration.

The cover-up of the events in Libya are quickly overshadowing previous cover-ups under this administration. The Fast and Furious scandal should have been enough to convince voters not to re-elect Obama. They should have been enough to put Eric Holder in jail. That debacle was enough of a betrayal of public trust. Libya makes the murder of Brian Terry and that cover-up to be a minor white lie, in comparison.
Members of the current administration are not fit to run a local pool hall, much less the federal government. US Army Rangers have one word to describe this sort of failure: "UNACCEPTABLE".
A Run At October Numbers -- Employment Situation
Despite rumors of a delay due to Hurricane Sandy, the Bureau of Labor Statistics released the October report on-time.
The report predicts that there will be little change to employment due to the storm.
The report also indicates a rise in unemployment to 7.9%, up .1% from the initial September numbers.
The report also revises the September and August numbers, making the employment situations worse than initially reported for those months. This should come as no surprise, as it has been the trend over the past 44 months under this, our 44th president.
The U6 numbers are also relatively unchanged, despite a small increase in full-time employment.
The number of applications for food subsidies increased more than new hires for the 44th month in a row.
SSDI numbers were not available at the time of publication. However, the trend of new people claiming anxiety or depression for Social Security Disability has been staggering over the past few years. That means more and more people leaving the workforce, but taking disability handouts because they have mental anguish over the inability to find employment, after 99 weeks of receiving unemployment insurance payments.
The Workforce Participation Rate reportedly increased by a very small, almost negligible, amount. A number of students preparing for seasonal work during their break between semesters as well as those preparing to graduate at the end of the fall term could account for that slight shift in job seekers.
Overall, this is not good news. It is bad news in the effect that it demonstrates a largely stagnated economy. Jimmy Carter would have called this "malaise" during his term. Ronald Reagan demonstrated that it was poor Keynesian economic policies that caused the "malaise". Obama would have you believe that it was the supply-side and more laissez-faire policies of Reagan, Newt and the congress who twisted Clinton's arms, the tax cuts to increase revenue under JFK, and similar policies that utilize the Laffer Curve that lead to this current economic condition.
However, unemployment is lower in "right to work" states, especially those with less-progressive, lower, or non-existent state income taxes. Ironically, those states doing the best have also proposed legislation or constitutional amendments to nullify the PPACA.
The number one question facing voters this Tuesday is simple -- Do you want to keep attempting this most recent experiment in an economic system that has proven to fail time and time again (Socialism in any form)? Do you want to move into trying a policy more in line with efforts that have, time and again, proven to increase prosperity (Romney and Ryan)?
The answer all comes down to how much of your own life you seek to control and be responsible. Do you want a job of your choosing with the opportunity to earn at your full potential, or do you want a check for sitting around, doing nothing while watching those who do work have the fruits of their labors stolen to feed your lazy butt?

Tricks, Treats, Intimidation, Fraud, Incompetence
Greetings and salutations.
Yesterday, I did a few things for Halloween/Samhain. I dressed up. I freely donated candy to kids in return for being entertained by their costumes and antics. I also did some contact juggling to entertain them as well. I also spent a good portion of the day creating and uploading my trick and treat for the pundits and politicians.
I am giving Obama more ammunition to increase riots and violence. Yes, I am posting a video, my second.
I hope you enjoy it.
For those who have issues seeing the video, here is a little diatribe for your reading pleasure.
The first item I discussed was voter fraud in regards to early voting. In Arizona, one couple was contacted by the local election officials. The signatures on their mail-in early ballots did not match the ones on file with the state DMV. The couple's response was "What ballot? We didn't receive it. Could you please send us one so we can vote?". It turned out that somebody intercepted their ballots, voted fraudulently, and forged the signatures. The investigation is ongoing.

Here in my town of residence, my wife and I went to a government administration building in order to take care of some of that post-nuptial red-tape. The building was also designated as an official early voting location. Outside, they had the signs posted indicating as much. The signs stated "Early Voting", "Must Have ID", "No Weapons Allowed", and the other things you'd expect. Of course, those signs also included one citing election law and campaigning near polling places.
Standing next to the sign, pestering people as they attempted to enter the government building, was a campaign volunteer. He was dressed like a homeless man, perhaps to garner sympathy. His hair was ragged and unkempt. On his head, however, was a brand new "Obama-Biden '12" ball cap. When we exited the building, I made the criminal (yes, he was breaking the law) a bit uncomfortable. My wife and I had a discussion during which I made sure my voice was louder than normal, so the law-breaker could hear me. I spoke about his breaking the law by campaigning there. I mentioned his obvious costume. I made a point to draw attention to the fact that only somebody of Julian Castro's socialist party could get away with campaigning right outside a polling place. I also mentioned the fact I could not understand how anybody would support a candidate who is hell-bent on undermining and destroying the Constitution that I spent 24 years supporting and defending, with my life.
This made the man uncomfortable. It must have. With a very worried posture, he pulled out a new looking iPhone 5 in an Incipio Dual Pro Case and called somebody. He spoke in hushed tones about being "outed". Yes, he was attempting to intimidate and harass early voters.
True The Vote and Verify the Vote have great information on voter fraud and voter intimidation. Verify the Vote also has online courses on poll watching. Even if you cannot volunteer as a poll watcher, the information in the courses is great just to inform you on what to look for and what you can do should you encounter either fraud or intimidation at a polling location.
A note from Brad Zinn of Verify the Vote on the poll watching courses and certifications:
Other issues I discussed in the video include Obama's politicizing of Hurricane Sandy. In the end, it was the efforts of private charities (capitalist, Non-Government Organizations), local political leadership, local emergency response workers, and local volunteers who mitigated what could have been the biggest natural disaster of the century so far. Obama wanted to look "presidential". Governors and Mayors at the local levels actually did their jobs. Obama attempted to take credit.
I then contrasted that with Obama's handling of the attack on our embassy in Libya. Rumors, which are starting to look more and more verified as true, indicate that Obama was informed, through classified diplomatic cables, of Al-Q'aeda's planning attacks on the embassy in Libya as well as potentially others as early as August 15, 2012. That is almost a month (27 days) before the actual attack on September 11,2012. Yet, Obama did not beef up the security. When the attack occurred, he told rescue and response assets to "Stand-Down".
That is not acting presidential, in my view. It is acting like a despot who is seeking totalitarian-like power, or a spoiled brat. It is acting like a tyrant. It is not acting like a leader. If you want somebody who tells you what to do with your time, money, efforts, and life then vote for Obama. If you want life, liberty, and control of your own property (and how you earn it), vote for a leader who will do his best to protect those natural rights.

True The Vote, and Verify The Vote, AZ is only doing recruiting and training of volunteers to do poll watching.
Let us make this PERFECTLY CLEAR. We DO NOT have ANYTHING to do with giving out credentials nor polling station assignments.
You MUST go through your County Party officials to receive this material.
We will NOT be responding to any more inquiries along this line. The link to get this info is here:
