Convicted Serial Rapist Escapes

Hunting Season Is Open! BOLO!
$10k Reward for capture of convicted serial rapist, Alberto Morales.
Morales escaped from custody near Dallas-Fort Worth.
This could potentially end very badly for Alberto Morales, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Alberto Morales was convicted in 2008, having plead guilty to sexual assault for the crime of raping a woman near Las Vegas, NV. He was later transported to Miami, FL to stand trial for other criminal charges of violent sexual crimes. He had kidnapped and raped a women there, too. He was sentenced to 10 more years.

Next, Morales was to be transported back to Nevada to serve the remainder of his sentence. But he managed to escape, in Texas.

On the flight, Morales became disruptive, violently banging his head and thrashing about. The airlines wouldn't allow the convict or the detectives escorting him to board another flight. So the detectives rented a car to transport Morales the rest of the way via ground transport.

Using pieces of a broken pair of sunglasses, Morales stabbed one of  the detectives and managed to escape into the suburbs surrounding Fort Worth, Texas.

Local schools are on lock-down. A $10,000 reward has been issued.

And a predator is loose in one of the more conservative areas of Texas.

Think about that. While Texas does not allow open carry and still requires permits to carry concealed, the state is known for homeowners being armed and a high percentage of the population having those concealed carry permits.

There is a high possibility that this episode of Morales' violent life will conclude with a couple of Texans sipping on beverages while singing Toby Keith's "Beer For My Horses".
